Recently completed renovation of an existing .99 cent store building into a state-of-the-art youth center under the YMCA management located in the heart of the Wrigley neighborhood in Long Beach.

PROJECT SCOPE:

The project consists of change of use from an existing M, F-2 occupancy to a childcare facility.

Tenant improvement of existing site and 6,000 sq. ft. building to a childcare facility including but not limited to demolition and remodeling of existing parking lot. landscape, playground, fences, and walls, replacing the existing hvac system with new hvac system, new roofing, new store front, new windows and new doors and hardware, new walls, new ceiling system, new finishes, new plumbing system, new interior lighting and electrical system and wiring, new fire alarm and accessibility upgrade.
