Project Name: Center for Innovation and Research

Project Location:  Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA

A modern 2-story building, the Center for Innovation and Research comprises of 6 flexible spaces in three wings. All lower spaces boasts to have surrounding wide glass doors that can fully open able to connect all classrooms together for enhanced accessibility and a full outdoor learning experience

The new building is intended for “interdisciplinary research, STEM, creativity, collaboration, innovative thinking and entrepreneurship” to meet the demand of future classroom environment.
