Design of a 2,064 bed tilt-up concrete masonry facility on 44 acres for sentenced inmates. Located on a new site on the existing Honor Rancho, it provides dormitory housing in three 512 bed general population buildings and one 384 bed controlled population building and single cell housing for 144 inmates. A self-sufficient facility it includes space for intake/transfer, education, vocational shops, recreation, visiting, medical and dental care, a full kitchen and bakery, administration and support. The project included design of landscaping, roads, parking areas, utilities and site lighting.
